Anton Alipov

Dr. Anton Alipov was born in 1979, in Moscow, USSR. He received his BS and MS degrees in Telecommunications from Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics in 2000 and 2002, accordingly.

Dr. Alipov received his Ph.D. degree in Systems, networks and devices of telecommunications from Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics in 2006.

During the years, Dr. Alipov has been working for state and private commercial and educational organizations as either a manager or a consultant, and now runs his own consulting business as Sophisticated Research. He has authored and co-authored 17 publications in professional editions. His professional interests include wireless and wireline telecommunication systems and networking, high-efficiency power amplification techniques for radiotransmitters; and various information technology systems and frameworks.

Anton Alipov is an IEEE Member, as well as a member of IEEE MTT-S, IEEE CAS, and IEEE ComSoc. He holds a number of professional certifications, among which are CCIE R&S, CCIE SP, CCDP, CCNP Collaboration, CCNA Security, MTA: Software Development Fundamentals, MTA: Networking Fundamentals, MTA: Security Fundamentals, and CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting.

Dr. Alipov's biographical reference has been included in the Marquis "Who's Who in the World" editions since 2010.

When not occupied by business, and sometimes even when occupied, Anton enjoys listening to heavy metal music and reading the Voynich Manuscript. He has been the co-founder of the Voynich Ninja forum. Now and then he also performs parachute jumps from moderate heights.
